Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use our mobile game Vivid Jellies (the "Game") or our website vielostd.com (the "Website"). The Game and the Website are made by Vielo Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, playing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the Game and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and use of the Game.
Things you may not do
- Copy, modify, resell or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it.
- Use cheats, bots or other tools to interfere with the Game, its ads or its servers.
- Use the Game or the Website in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads from Unity Ads, including banner ads, full-screen (interstitial) ads and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or websites they link to. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Remove Ads purchase
- The Game offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called "Remove Ads". The price is shown on Google Play before you buy.
- Remove Ads turns off banner ads and full-screen (interstitial) ads. Optional rewarded ads stay available, so you can still choose to watch one for a reward.
- The purchase is linked to the Google account you used to buy it and applies only to Vivid Jellies.
- Payments are processed by Google Play under its terms. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. You can request one through Google Play.
Our content
The Game, the Website and everything in them, including the Vielo Studio and Vivid Jellies names, artwork, animations, sounds and text, belong to Vielo Studio or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any rights to them except the licence above.
Wellbeing note
The Game and the breathing exercise on the Website are made for relaxation and entertainment. They are not medical advice or treatment and are not a substitute for professional care. If you feel unwell, please talk to a qualified professional.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or the Website, or any feature, at any time. We will try to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot promise that the Game or the Website will always be available or free of errors.
No warranties
The Game and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vielo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Game or the Website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the Game or the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
