This policy explains how Vielo Studio ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile game Vivid Jellies (the "Game") and on our website vielostd.com (the "Website").
The short version
- You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- The Game shows ads through Unity Ads. Unity may collect some device information to show and measure those ads.
- The Website has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
- We never sell your personal information.
Information in the Game
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress and settings, if saved, stay on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the Game.
Advertising with Unity Ads
The Game is free and is supported by ads from Unity Ads, a service of Unity Technologies. To show ads, measure how they perform and prevent fraud, Unity may automatically collect information such as:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
- your IP address and the approximate location it indicates
- device details such as model, operating system and language
- how you interact with the ads you see

You can limit personalized ads at any time. On most Android phones, open Settings, then Privacy or Google, then Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
Information on the Website
The Website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Learn more at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. You can ask us to delete our conversation at any time.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only third party that receives information through the Game is Unity Ads, as described above.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect any information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
